All-inclusive services: Our list of inclusions gives you an accurate understanding of all the tasks we will perform in your property. We are constantly adding more as we find other duties to do in any building we have while using quality products and equipment. Our exclusions are services that require specialized gear, but we still provide the service as an extra.

Rotation of tasks: There are tasks that will be done on every visit to your property such as vacuuming and bin cleaning, but there are others that do not need to be done on every single visit like cleaning light fittings. We will identify which tasks we can rotate and the frequency in order to make the best use of time in your property. All our services will be carefully provided to your property at their due time.

Unlimited requests: Our mission is a zero-complaint target. To this end, we will always welcome all your requests to do a particular task that is either not listed in our inclusions or you would like to have it done on our next visit. You only need to send us an email, then, consider it done. Our goal is to fully eliminate the sense of dissatisfaction by assuring you that your building care is in the best hands.
